Fox Racing teamed up with AMA Supercross star Jo Shimoda for a high-stakes giveaway on Instagram. They wanted to boost their social engagement through this authentic influencer partnership, so they used Scrollmark to make sure every comment actually went somewhere.

They set up a simple flow:

  1. Auto-reply to every comment
  2. Slide into DMs with a personalized message
  3. Capture emails from anyone who showed interest

Scrollmark quietly auto-replied to 2.3K comments, sending 4,300+ DMs, and turning them into 1,255 solid email leads with a 29% conversion rate.

These were collected automatically in Fox Racing's social CRM inside Scrollmark, ready to be exported and synced with their CDP and marketing stack for better personalization and retargeting.

This allowed Fox Racing to get more out of a single Instagram collab, without additional staffing, manual work, or delays.

Managing Fox Racing’s influencer campaign manually would have required a major time investment.
